Despite the fact that Counter-Strike is primarily a multiplayer game, there is some lore hidden in it. With the release of various operations, the developers add bits and pieces of different stories that unfold around the factions present in the game.
There were four comics added in «Gemini» campaign during Operation Wildfire, the actions of which unfolded in parallel with the missions players went through.
A direct connection to the comics were made in the missions on the Phoenix Compound map.

Do you remember official Counter-Strike comic? No? It is probably because the last opportunity to read them in-game was in the hands of those who bought Operation Wildfire many years ago. The comic is still located inside game files, but they are inaccessible for common players. With this map you can dive into the past and find out what happened to the Phoenix Compound, who their leader is, and what they did to the daughter of Booth – the main supplier of “Skins” in Counter-Strike.
